Returned products should be delivered to our warehouse at 11b Lachlan St, Waterloo NSW 2017.
Here is our 14 day return policy
- Your payment must have been received
- The returned item must be in our possession within 14 days of the date you received it.
- Shipping, handling charges and insurance cost are non refundable.
- Returned items must be in the original condition, not used or altered. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected.
- Customers must request a return authorisation prior to returning. Unauthorized returns CANNOT NOT BE ACCEPTED! Please contact Life.interiors
- Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer.
- Once we receive the returned products we will issue your refund within 5 business days.
- Customised items cannot be refunded for change of mind.
- All items must be opened and checked by the customer within 24hours of receipt otherwise we cannot be liable for damage incurred during transit.
