Warranty

10-year furniture warranty: We offer a 10-year warranty on furniture for private use, covering defects in materials and construction. A lifetime warranty also applies to the inner frame. Normal wear and tear, incorrect use, and stains are not covered.

Product Finish

Natural materials may exhibit variances in grain colour and texture and can change colour with age. These variations are normal characteristics of all natural materials and should be expected and appreciated.

Care Instructions

For general maintenance, lightly vacuum occasionally using an upholstery attachment or gently dry brush the upholstery. Blot any spillages or stains carefully with a damp, light-coloured cloth being careful not to rub into the fabric. Before using any protectors or cleaners, spot test in an inconspicuous location. Do not use abrasive materials or solvents. Avoid direct sunlight or rotate your pieces to minimise fading. Avoid placing in front of heaters for extended periods of time.
