Understanding Your Lead Time
Before adding the item to cart, note the dispatch time frame below the 'Add To Cart' button to see if it's in stock or on order. See the different statuses and their meanings below.
In stock, ready to ship
If your item is showing as in stock, then it is currently in our Sydney warehouse. Once your order has been placed it will be processed by our team and prepared for shipping. Once dispatched and collected by our courier partner, delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service selected.
On order, ships after arrival date
If your item is due to be dispatched after a certain date, this means it is currently out of stock but we have more on the way! Once your item has been received at our Sydney warehouse your order will be processed by our team and prepared for shipping.
Available to pre-order
If your item is available to pre-order, it is currently out of stock and not on order. The approximate weeks given is the full lead time and we are not able to confirm the exact date it will arrive after ordering. Once a date for arrival into our warehouse is set, we will contact you to confirm.
Please contact us if you have any further questions.
Delivery times are estimates and start once your order ships from our Sydney warehouse. Deliveries run Monday–Friday (Saturdays may be added in peak periods such as pre-Christmas).
