Lead Time

Understanding Your Lead Time

Before adding the item to cart, note the dispatch time frame below the 'Add To Cart' button to see if it's in stock or on order. See the different statuses and their meanings below.

In stock, ready to ship
If your item is showing as in stock, then it is currently in our Sydney warehouse. Once your order has been placed it will be processed by our team and prepared for shipping. Once dispatched and collected by our courier partner, delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service selected.

On order, ships after arrival date
If your item is due to be dispatched after a certain date, this means it is currently out of stock but we have more on the way! Once your item has been received at our Sydney warehouse your order will be processed by our team and prepared for shipping.

Available to pre-order
If your item is available to pre-order, it is currently out of stock and not on order. The approximate weeks given is the full lead time and we are not able to confirm the exact date it will arrive after ordering. Once a date for arrival into our warehouse is set, we will contact you to confirm.

Please contact us if you have any further questions.

Product Care & Warranty

Warranty

10-Year Furniture Warranty: We offer a 10-year warranty on furniture for private use, covering defects in materials and construction. A lifetime warranty also applies to the inner frame. This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear or incorrect use; natural shrinkage of upholstery materials (such as filling, foam and springs); lack of or incorrect maintenance; assembly or installation that does not comply with the instructions for use; or stains and spills from clothing, objects, food and liquids. For SOFACOMPANY products used in commercial environments, we provide a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.

Product Finish

Natural materials may exhibit variances in grain colour and texture and can change colour with age. These variations are normal characteristics of all natural materials and should be expected and appreciated.

Please note product colours and materials can vary slightly to the images you see on the website, please get in touch with our sales team if you would like any further product or material details.

Care Instructions

For general maintenance, lightly vacuum occasionally using an upholstery attachment or gently dry brush the upholstery. Blot any spillages or stains carefully with a damp, light-coloured cloth being careful not to rub into the fabric. Before using any protectors or cleaners, spot test in an inconspicuous location. Do not use abrasive materials or solvents. Avoid direct sunlight or rotate your pieces to minimise fading. Avoid placing in front of heaters for extended periods of time.
