Satara on The Block

I think we can all agree that the teams on The Block 2021 have taken styling and design to another level.

Here at Life, we have loved watching this years season and following the journey's of Ronnie & Georgia, Mitch & Mark, Tanya & Vito, Josh & Luke, and Kirsty & Jessie, as they worked to complete five amazing and unique homes.

The teams have all made some amazing interior choices and their inclusion of plenty of Satara pieces is definitely up there! Being proud stockists of Satara, we were thrilled to see their pieces being featured week after week...

Ronnie & Georgia: Living Room & Kitchen

Ronnie & Georgia's Hampton home is a contemporary dream, especially when you look at their light filled living and kitchen space, the absolute heart of the home.

Their living space focuses on light and neutral tones, with the boucle of the Bergman Boucle Swivel Lounge Chair and sofa bringing an extra layer of texture and adding to the overall contemporary style of the space.

The marble-like quartz benchtop and splashback in their kitchen is just, well, wow. After taking in the general grandeur of the space, it's hard to miss the structured and stylish Koko Bar Stools, with their squared off shape perfectly complementing the simple shape of that massive island bench.

Ronnie & Georgia: Master Bedroom

While also being full of natural light, Ronnie & Georgia's master bedroom is more earthy and natural toned than their main living spaces.

While the feature of the master is clearly the green, panelled wall, it's the natural timber and rattan of Satara's Alfa pieces that really lift the space and provide warmth.

With their rounded dowel legs, woven rattan front, and brass handles, the Alfa collection is a perfect mix of mid-century and contemporary. Styled together here, the Alfa Rattan Bedside Tables and Alfa Rattan Sideboard work perfectly to tie this master bedroom together.

Mitch & Mark: Dining Room

Mitch & Mark created a stunningly cohesive living and dining area, with an open plan space making their home feel open and inviting.

The Bailey Fabric Dining Chairs line their long and impressive dining table, softening the space with their curves and fully upholstered design, as well as complementing the curvy furniture in the living space to their left.

Tanya & Vito: Hallway & Guest Bedroom

Mid-century inspired and full of personality is probably the best way to describe the home that Tanya & Vito have created.

They make the most out of this little nook in their hallway, utilising the space to act as a functional, yet stylish, home office space, featuring Satara's quilted Patrick Office Chair.

In their guest bedroom, the Addison Bedside Tables are sleek and stylish additions, adding both character and practical storage to this colourful bedroom space.

Overall, we have loved this season of The Block and watching the transformation of Bronte Court unfold into something truly special.

In addition to Satara, we've loved seeing some of the other amazing brands we represent featured in the teams stunning spaces.
